- TECHNOFUNC gave me the opportunity to meet interesting people during the training sessions, all those very talented participants composing a colorful team and our senior leaders who provided not only banking knowledge, but their most valuable leadership insights as well.
- I liked the training content, speakers, and perfectly organized training weeks. One of the most interesting things was to get to know the organization better… universal content with the best on the market technology, smart people, and steady, long-term vision.
- Apart from gaining additional knowledge, I got a broader view of how processes can be arranged. Communication with people from many functions (Risk, Marketing, etc.) can be done in a better way now using “their language”. Besides, it has added to my self-awareness.
- I would highlight 3 things that changed in my working style with others: adapt to different communication styles, leverage others that can support my actions, defining common goals, and common accountability for meeting such goals in case of teamwork.
- TECHNOFUNC for me was ‘opening horizons’ type of training. The most impressive was to see some very successful practices from different Businesses, to see so many examples of great products and processes. Another great highlight was meeting with so many senior people and listening to their presentations. These highlights helped to understand the direction for both potential business and personal growth.
- If talking about the key highlights of the TECHNOFUNC training – it’s hardly possible to single out just one class. In my opinion, the most inspiring classes we had, were the section on leadership awareness and coaching, and secondly – the class on innovations management. Throughout each of these classes, we were either learning about ourselves or were motivated to come up with solutions out-of-the-box what is not always required in our every-day job. Apart from the training content itself, one of the key elements for which we all will remember the TECHNOFUNC were the trainers, organizers, and us – the participants. Although we’ve spent only a few weeks face to face during the whole program, we have developed a great team spirit. We have learned together, worked hard, and laughed. None of us for sure will forget it.
